Welcome to Stardust Willow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "the Customer") and Alive Artistry, a sole proprietorship registered in Sri Lanka, operating under the brand name Stardust Willow ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Business Information

Stardust Willow is a brand owned and operated by Alive Artistry, a sole proprietorship duly registered in Sri Lanka. All references to "Stardust Willow", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to Alive Artistry and its authorised representatives.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to make a purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our website and make purchases.

3. Products

All products offered on our website are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis through local Sri Lankan suppliers. We endeavour to display product colours and images as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, monitor settings, and printing processes. Such variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any specified taxes or fees, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or update our product pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

5. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or stock-related issues. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded to your original method of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, text, images, and other content displayed on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Stardust Willow and Alive Artistry, unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, resell, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Return and Refund Policy

As our products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

To request a replacement, you must contact us within five (5) calendar days of delivery and provide the following information:

• Your order number.
• Clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item received.

Upon review and approval, replacement products will be dispatched at no additional cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stardust Willow (Alive Artistry) shall not be held liable for:

• Delays in delivery caused by shipping providers, postal services, or other third-party logistics partners.
• Customs clearance delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our website, products, or services.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of our services.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to such claim.

Our products are created and offered for inspirational, decorative, and personal expression purposes only. They are not intended to serve as a substitute for:
